This event aims to address the rising concern of burnout among HR/DEI practitioners for employees involved in advocacy and activism and examine practical aspects  and a long-term impact of Advocacy Fatigue. As global socio-political issues increasingly intersect with workplace culture, it’s vital to clarify the differences between advocacy and activism while offering practical insights into managing burnout. By providing an inclusive dialogue platform, the event seeks to empower HR/DEI professionals and employees with effective strategies to align organisational goals with employee-driven activism, leading to healthier, more balanced workplace advocacy.
